UI/UX Design
Interface and flow design that gets people to the thing they came for.
People cannot find what they came for
Support keeps answering the same question, users abandon halfway through a form, and every new feature is bolted onto a layout that was never planned for it. The screens look tidy; the path through them does not exist.
Design the path first, then the pixels
We map the routes people actually take, wireframe the screens that carry them, then design the interface on top of that structure. The result is a system of reusable components rather than a folder of one-off screens.
What you get
- User flows & journey maps
- Wireframes for key screens
- High-fidelity interface design
- Reusable component library
- Responsive & mobile layouts
- Developer-ready handover file
How it works
- Audit & flowsWe review the existing product or site, look at where people currently stall, and map the flows the redesign has to serve.
- WireframesStructure is agreed in low fidelity, where changes cost minutes. This is where most of the real decisions get made.
- Interface designScreens are designed in your brand system, in real content, at both mobile and desktop widths, including empty, loading and error states.
- System & handoverRecurring elements become a documented component library with spacing, type and colour tokens, so developers build from rules rather than by measuring screenshots.
Common questions
Do you do research as well as design?
We do practical research: reviewing analytics, watching session recordings, and speaking to a handful of real users where they are reachable. We do not run large formal studies, and we will say when a question genuinely needs one.
What tool do you hand over in?
Figma, with components, tokens and responsive layouts organised so a developer can inspect and build directly. We also walk the build team through it rather than dropping a file link and disappearing.
Can you design for a product we already have?
Yes, and it is common. We work within your existing brand and technical constraints, and usually start with the two or three screens where users drop out rather than redesigning everything at once.
Do you build what you design?
We can. The same team builds in Next.js and React, which removes the gap where design intent normally gets lost. If you have your own developers, the handover file is built for them to work from.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us what you are trying to move. We will tell you what it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it.
