Workflow Automation

Connect the tools you already pay for so data stops being retyped between them.

The same information gets typed in three times

An order arrives in one system, gets copied into the accounting tool, then into a spreadsheet for reporting. Every copy is a chance to introduce an error, and the whole chain stops when the person who does it is on leave.

Let the tools talk to each other

We map where data moves by hand between your systems and build the integrations that move it automatically, with validation and error handling so a failure raises an alert rather than passing silently.

What you get

  • Workflow mapping & audit
  • Tool-to-tool integrations
  • Automated handoffs & notifications
  • Scheduled reports & data syncs
  • Error handling & alerting
  • Documentation for your team

How it works

  1. Map the workWe shadow the actual process and record every manual handoff, along with how long each takes and how often it goes wrong.
  2. PrioritiseWe rank candidates by time saved against build effort and start with the one that returns the most soonest, rather than automating everything at once.
  3. Build & testIntegrations are built and run against real cases, including the awkward ones, with validation on anything that writes to a system of record.
  4. Monitor & documentAlerts are set so failures surface immediately, and each workflow is documented so your team can understand and maintain it without us.

Common questions

What if our tools have no integration available?

Most business tools have an API even where no ready-made connector exists, and we build against it. Where a system is genuinely closed we will say so up front and look at whether a different step in the chain can be automated instead.

How is this different from AI automation?

Workflow automation moves data reliably between systems using fixed rules. AI automation handles the steps that need interpretation, like reading an enquiry and deciding what it is about. Many projects use both, with rules doing the deterministic work.

What happens when something breaks?

Every workflow has error handling and alerting, so a failure notifies someone rather than silently dropping a record. Logs show exactly which step failed and on which item, which makes fixes quick.

Can our team maintain it afterwards?

That is the intention. We build on platforms your team can access, document each workflow, and train whoever will own it. Ongoing support is available if you prefer, but you are not locked into it.

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what you are trying to move. We will tell you what it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it.
